The Horrible Horror!!!

I just got volenteered to be the one to make the home's News Letters... I mean Lordy.. I had a hard time spelling volenteer.. hopefully that's even correctly spelt.. and then everyone was making fun of how I write and type.. I do understand that I would want to make everything purple.. okay... I won't.. but what's wrong with what I say and how I type... I like the "..." during sentences... whatever.. I DON'T WANNA DO IT............. hm!

Fun Day!!

So.. after a morning of prayer and word time... we all wanted to go to the beach... set up our tent.. super windy.. Rosie practically got carried away...Ricky tryin to climb the tree....Ethan and Vanny swimming leavin footprints.....getting sand in my face... and since the car with the food got lost we got hungry....... very hungry... very very VERY hungry...then lazythen the madness..oh the madness...then getting foolish off mountain dew...

no matter what the bird is.. last night.. I seriously felt like I was close to flying... okay blame it on my bro for takin me out in his awsumly sexy jeep... windows down... wind whipping my hair in every direction... music blaring out... and the speed of it all... yeaa who wouldn't?? But for me.. it was like breathing a breath of fresh air after having been stuck in a sufficating room for forever... I don't know why.. just felt like I could fly.. walk forever... be on the moon.. u name it.. I seriously could have tackled anything at that moment.. good, bad or horrible and I would have embraced it all with a wide smile.... it was quite refreshing and would so enjoy doin it again!

I decided to try and write a song.. well after coming up with some lines and pretty much the chorus writen down I realised... very stupidly of me... that I have no musical talent.. Zilch nada... OH YAY!!! There goes my coming up with a song.. and yea I could ask someone.. Aaron.. but umm.. well ... we'll see....

Well today.. after waking up oh so bright and early... I went ballooning at Ihop.. wonderful place with happy smiling people.. (early birds) while me I was about to fall asleep on the floor.. plastered smile on my face... it was great.. muggy and hot!! Popped more balloons that I could make and all the while imagining myself in a nice big crystal clear swimming pool.. AHHH!!! I'd be in Heaven. So since we don't have a pool I am just running around in a bathing suit where I will jump into the shower for a nice refreshing "dip"... better than nothin tehehe!
And now.. I'm off to shower... and then cook dinner.. Everyone loves my cooking tehhe!!! NO I'm not being proud.. just happy and content! :D

Definately feels like the day will never end.. it's all kewl... besides being in the kitchen all day.. Don't get me wrong.. I loooveee cooking... esp arabic.. which I did today.. yes yes.. the bestest.. seriously.. that I've ever made.. I was so happy, but yea.. all the cleaning and putting away yeaa.. that's when I have trials.. especially when you've just cleaned out the fridge some over happy helper comes and repacks the fridge with the half rotton veggies or garbage that you just threw out.. "look what the lord souplied in provisoning" yea.. he's french.. and is super helpful around the house... GBY WLY!
But hey... all that disolves when you have a very good time humming away while cooking arabic.. I don't think I could get tired of cooking... food was awsum tonight.. did I say that already? Yes.. well only thing it wasn't enough.. always seem to get it so down pat and excelent and yea.. never enough... oh well.. keeps me humble none the less... and to make a mental note to cook more.
In a way I'm glad I don't cook in a big kitchen.. for a restaurant.. I think I'd be super bored of cooking... especially since they usually end up cooking the same menu.. and man some of those menus are preetttyy blahh!!! SOME!!

We had gone to a bye bye party for some friends.. my bday was supposed to be thrown somewhere in there.. but nah.. didn't end up happening.. which is by all means.. okay with me.. on the whole it was pretty kewl... Here's me and Aaron... I don't recal which song it is... but it's one of those ones.. "stop and think how to move to the beat" reactions.. oh well



confusion was that the house owners ended up falling asleep so there was no real cut of point in there.. so that meant not knowing where to crash for the night cause there was a party still happening.. so me and aaron ended up sleeping out in our van.. quite muggy out there.. but none the less comfortable.. though when I woke I thought I was on some road trip and was expecting to drive off for the whole day and sleep some more to catch up on what I missed during the night..
next day after devotions and some inspiration led by dear Aaron... we all piled into our van to drive off to the mall to pick up more pple and shove them into our already stuffed van... it was great.. I got the front seat so I was okay by it all....

We then went to funplex and played a bunch of arcade games... so much fun... teheh...
Most favorite game was air hockey... I won a very awsum game against Aaron... and lost a very few... those were seriously unfair..
in all the excitement I failed to realise that leaning over the tables or other dumb things like dropping the guns gave me some banged and brused knees... oh well.. it was worth the fight!

Main Events!

While most everyone is posting in their blogs about wordstock.. I'm posting how happy I am that it's over.. Not that I'm not glad everyone enjoyed themselves.. just glad to be getting back into a normal routine.... Hey I'd probably be just as happy and overjoyed as they are... but hey I wasn't able.. so PTL! I shall count my blessings..
Argg.. must shower.. been in the kitchen cooking fish... scaling and cleaning those smelly things... No matter how many times I wash my hands that horrifying smell seems to remain... ooshh!!!

Wordstock over!

YAY!! So now life can hopefully start slowly returning back to normal.... though first we're now going to be having after fellowship depression. Seems to always happen. Oh well.. Today was quite hectic... being as everyone was off schedule and so many things had to get reorganized... quite a job.. ended up being with the baby, cleaning the fridges and freezers before food pickups, making a meal schedule as well as a shopping list... oh yea.. dinner as well... (I'm in charge of kitchen) IT'S GREAT!! I'll definately be sleeping soundly tonight.. hopefully.
My sis did make it back home yesterday in one piece.. the pain had stopped and they couldn't find any problems.. thanks everyone that took the time to pray for her and the baby... hopefully it won't come back!

Quite the day.. my sister had to go to the hospital.. please pray for her everyone... I took the baby under my wing for the day.. which was quite kewl.. he was a happy little oinker.. except when he was hungry.. he's such a taurus... hehe.. chubby little thing...
Formula didn't really sit well in his stomach and he threw up like 5 times in all.. he was soo tired and hungry he just wanted to eat.. but after doin the last one right after I just changed all his clothes from the one he just finished he couldn't take it anymore and just started bawling.. by that time I had a nervous breakdown.... I felt so sad and bad for the little tyke I joined him... and together we made beautiful music.. nah not really.. he did soon enough fall asleep with me cooing in his ear and playing enya in the background... then to take him to mommy over at hospital. Now.. I'm recoperating and getting some extra rest etc time...

Mom I love you... sorry this is late... Just wanna thank you for all that you've done through the years to help me get to where I am... Sorry I am such a mess and haven't been the best of daughters always. I really look up to you so much, and am so thankful God blessed me with such a kewl maltese mom. Angry children, annoying people, bright red birthday girl and loud noises... yep my bday at the galleria.. again.. well it's sunday.. and everyone expected to see us there..
I did have a blast.. in learning the fine arts of a sore back... I took my brother Kevin sister Vanessa and nefew Ethan for an joyable day skating... they had prior informed me that they had skated and were pretty good at it.. so I packed them.. gently of course.. into our cars and happily drove off for a fun day skating.. upon arriving, getting their passes... friends let us in... bustling them down to figure out their shoe sizes.. fitting them out with some hockey skates ( they all insisted on those) and up to the ice... I found out that those prior skating visits and their announcements that they could skate were untrue... leading them to the ice they informed me they had only stepped on the ice for like 5 seconds before wanting to get off... hmmm..
so yess.. I try to teach ethan, Lani helped Vanny and Kev figured enough out on his own to do a splendid enough job.
Well Ethan started complaining after half a round that he wanted to get off... argg... got off and started running around... hmm.. okay... kev decided to get off as well.. and didn't feel like skating... Vanny also wanted to go off cause she kept falling.. so we decided to try on some figure skates for them... I personally think they're way worse... but yea.. I'm not a kid tehe.. so yes we again tried it out.. ethan went around once then got to tired... Vanny started to really enjoy herself and wanted to continue.. with Kev skating every once in a while... so I took over for lani and skated with Vanny... but soon she wanted to get off.. then they all wanted to totally stop.. uhhuh... definately not what I had in mind... so with some good encouragment... I got them to all pile back on the ice.. for round two of trying to skate.. it went a lot better than before.. but again it didn't last... so we decided to get them some lunch and then walk around..
But a friend (refer to him as:) A showed up.. whom Ethan is such "buddies" with... he totally loves the guy.. so he decides to run away from me leavin me frantically searching for him to be found hanging on to A's leg in a big bear hug.. hehe...
and so what do they all decide upon seeing that A is also going to be skating?? They wanted to get back on the ice... so we had to go back down to get some more ice skates.. and put them on while I'm trying to talk on the phone with my mom and friends who are wishing me happy bday.. having my hair and self pulled in both ways by 2 kids suddenly anxious to get back on the ice... ooshhh... so yes.. we finally get all fitted out and ready to go back when we find out Lani has blisters.. great.. we steadily make our way back on the ice.. we decided that one should "pushing" my back... and one pulling my hand ... both tripping over their slow speed.. quite cute really... but quite tiring and frustrating for me.. though we did have a lot of laughs... Ethan kept trying to see A and kept twisting around and not watching where he was going.. so he tripped quite a few times.. with vanny in the back tripping over my feet.. in all we came out with no bumps or bruses... but me.. with a very very sore back.. I think I'll feel this for a couple months...
The kids did finally go back home so me and lani could hang out a little more.. though Ethan wanted to say bye to A... and gave him another big bear hug... and clug so hard to him I thought he wouldn't let go... such a doll!! haha... We did have fun... but still.. my back is protesting with every move I make.. don't think I can persuade it to change it's mind and try again... :D..

I however had been thoughougly embarressed when they decided to drag me in the middle of the ice and announce it was my bday while a friend sang happy bday over the mic which could seriously be heard throughout half the mall... so for the first hrs, almost everyone at the rink knows us, came to wish me happy bday, which was super kewl and sweet of them all.. got 2 more happy birthday songs and loads of hugs.. started gettin weird when people after a couple hrs still started coming up.. people I didn't know.. to wish me happy bday.. okay... yeaa.. people hang out at the rink for quite a long time... okay kewl... yeaa.. weirder yet.. when 5-6 hrs later.. when I'm leaving people are still telling me happy bday and then some guys start shouting out happy bday proceeded with a drunkard off key tune of it... yes I was quite red during the singing parts.... oh well great way to break my bottle.. and over come my shyness.. though all my friends thought I looked cute all red and pink... uhhuh.. I must have looked dreadful!! WHOOHOO!!! CHEERS!

Right now... everything is revolving around the baby. I'm exhausted, but hey... it's worth it... though I do crave a good nights sleep. 4 hrs is definately not enough for me... please do pray that he'll get a schedule soon.

He is quite vain though (pretty sure it runs in the family) he loves the red light right before the flash and always smiles in his sleep when he sees it.. Seriously if u just keep the red light flashin he'll start smiling and laughin.. so far.. for all the smiling shots I took of him.. it worked.

What's in your head??!!

So everyone left this morning for Wordstock, and while the house is nice and quiet I miss everyone. I'm not a loner person, though I do pass as one, I like knowing that there's a lot of people. I miss Shelly and Aaron... wahh!! So yea.. just a handful of people left home.. My job, helping my sister with the baby, easy enough!! Something I enjoy so I liveee!!!
I so feel like dancing or doing something right now... but alas I don't know what... bwahaha!! Evil ideas brewing.. lol

Worst time of the Year!

Houston weather. This is the place and time where no one should think of living. Hot, muggy and dry... You could drink gallons of water and sit in a freezer and still feel like everything is melting. SAY NO TO MAKE UP!! It's insane.

Though I do have to say I love this time of year, cause it means I'm a year older... soon... though I'm not sure.. after next year... I'll officially start counting downwards.. then back up.... I'm such an old fart!
Last night the home had a surprise cake for me. I wasn't expecting it. Played mafia.. which is a fun game... though because of lack of sleep in the past couple weeks... I left early and rested in my comfy bed with the fan blowin on me. This place is quite the sauna... PTL!
Oh yea.. my sister and the baby are coming home today... and everyone is leavin for wordstock tomorrow... wahhhh!!!

Announcement!!!

I'd like to post that my dear sister last night had her baby. He's adorable and squeals like a girl... We did take pics thank God.. but yea... I have to find some from the other cameras... that were there.. My sister Kerri, myself, Rosie, mom, and Serena were the encouragers for her. I personally would freak out to have so many people, but hey it all went well and the baby is very well.. Continue to pray that neither would have any problems thanks.. and I shall post pics of the proud aunt and baby soon... (I am though displeased that I was the last to be informed that my sister was in labor and had to rush out from my workin spot, get lost in busy downtown area, with hardly a notion of where she was, and almost arrive late... and I'm annoyed that he wasn't born on my birthday.. oh well... it's all kewl...)

My birthday begins

My dad had to leave today to start things up for the Wordstock... so him and my mom took me out last night.. friday night... to eat at an Arabic restaurant. Yes it was my idea... and like I've said a whole lot before.. I am weak to the knees about that food lol... it's so the best.. could live happily the rest of my life for that food.. ahh joys... My parents are the kewlest... had a very nice time.. although I am quite annoyed that I hadn't been able to take any pics... quite disapointed... OH well.. love you mom and dad.. ur awsum!!

My sister just recently cut my hair... I'm so not used to it being short. I needed it... but wahhhh.. I miss havin long hair... I think I have a hair fetish... nice long hair... oh well.. it's not all that bad... it's just gonna be a while before I can train it to curl nicely instead of fizz out... so for now I've been straightening it... I miss my naturally curly hair sniff

WHOOOHOO!!! 10 days till my bday.. and boy is it gonna be fun... actually who knows.. I know that the whole house will be gone to a event.. wordstock.. and yes they leave me here.. pretty much all by myself.. with 2 pg mommies... my sis.. one of them.. about to pop... man.. hopefully it'll be on my bday.. YAY!!.. one thing to look forward too.. bwhha.. other than that.. oh joy!!! (ps. I won't really be by myself.. but of people my age yea.. just them.. should be interesting...)
